Our Mission
Partnership for Success harnesses the power of education to transform lives and strengthen communities. We help selected Pasadena Unified School District (PUSD) students realize their full academic and personal potential in a setting that fosters collaboration and confidence. By supporting the intellectual development of students, we help foster the next generation of civic leaders who in turn give back to the communities that champion them.
Partnership for Success is a community-based program that supports the growth and success of Pasadena Unified School District students.
How It Works
This vision is guided by an advisory board that oversees fundraising and program direction, and comprises representatives from each independent partner school and the Pasadena Unified School District, as well as community board members. The heads of the four independent schools sit on the advisory board, as do the founders of the program; the board chair is one of the independent school heads. The executive director and fund development director report to the advisory board on a quarterly basis. Each independent school site has a director who oversees the PFS program and hires the faculty and interns for that site.

Your donations help us fund exceptional educational experiences and directly impact programming such as social emotional learning, college counseling, field trips, and PFS scholarships.
